for visibility. In the late 80s, Kuwait managed to implement the
successful foundation of its infrastructure and build its own Civil
Information System in cooperation with
and many other Countries. The System passed its acid test in the wake of
the first Gulf War. A smuggled copy of the System had been used to issue
a Resolution in the United Nations. The Kuwait Civil
Information System is now a leading life example in supporting the
Kuwaiti Government and in easing the life of ordinary person.
eGovernment and eCommerce are going to increase the Visibility of
Excel over its initial implementation, Kuwait has no more bottlenecks
and cueing in dealing with the System and the work flow of Governmental
Authorities, Companies and individuals are getting smoother.

Recently the Kuwaiti Public
Authorities for Civil Information (PACI) won the Award of BEST
Electronic AUTHORITIES for building the Kuwaiti Infrastructure. ()
believes that the Kuwaiti solution and adaptation is what is really
needed to build the infrastructure in any Country.
